How about a chilled weekend in this beautiful New England Beach House. It is situated right on the beach with uninterrupted sea views and a private walled beach garden.

The House

A spectacular beach front location and the Titanic en-suite featuring a double ended bath with uninterrupted sea views are just two of the features that make New England beach house probably one of the most stylish and luxurious holiday houses in England and an inspiring location for any season.

The beach house boasts an elegant drawing room with wide and comfortable sofas that opens out into the twelve seat dining hall; which leads into the clubby pool room and then into the fully equipped vaulted kitchen breakfast room with range cooker and American fridge. All the reception rooms have french doors onto the beach front deck.

The first floor balcony overlooks the large beach-side deck, ideal for outdoor dining, which leads onto a walled and gated beach garden that can be laid out with our stylish sun-loungers. The deck has twin outdoor baths - plumbed with hot water - showers and chimera. The sheltered rear decked palm planted courtyard also has plentiful seating around the granite dining table, and is equipped with sun-loungers and a large hot tub.

The South East England / Sussex region
West Sussex is packed with interesting places to go, fun things to do and sights to see. The county is full of stately homes, vibrant market towns, beautiful countryside, villages which resonate with history, the fantastic Sussex seaside and lots of exciting days out.

Highlights include the beautiful city of Chichester - which dates back to before Roman times - Arundel, Petworth, Midhurst and Horsham.

The Angmering on Sea / South Strand area
Angmering-on-Sea is steeped in history. It was originally proposed as a ‘sporting garden village’ and in 1913 the local area was transformed into Angmering-on-Sea - the name ‘stolen’ from the village the other side of the railway station. During the inter war period - the ‘Riviera’ interlude - it was a small but very smart seaside resort, boasting lidos, tennis and country clubs with croquet & bowls and was often visited by the Queen who came to watch international standard tournaments.

Now a private secure residential family orientated estate, quiet in winter and busy with wet sports on the summer weekends, Angmering-on-Sea is only an hour and a half from central London and readily accessible from Gatwick and Heathrow making the New England Beach House the ideal luxury holiday house to enjoy this secluded, barely discovered stretch of the Sussex coast that caters for all needs.

Hi Nat. I've just joined T&L

Hi Nat. I've just joined T&L and very much like the sound of this trip. I was about to hit the join button when I realised transport might be an issue. As I live in Central London and since the arrival of online supermarket shopping/congestion charge, I decided to give up the car. I would be travelling by train/taxi to the house, so would it be an issue if I didn't have transport during the weekend? I will hit the join button anyway, but please discount me if transport is needed.
