New to T&L. Have booked a short break in Italy at beginning of July. Just want to see as much of the sights as comfortably possible in the time. Keen also to sit and people-watch, eat, drink and talk. Happy to have company or meet up with others who happen to be there at the same time.

Just curious as I'm new to this site too! I am longing to go to Italy, but think I'll be away in Spain on the dates you are there. Did you book a 'package' or just sort out your travel arrangements yourself? I definitely have Italy on my Bucket List! Have fun!!! Jennie
I generally make my own arrangements and like using local forms of public transport when I'm away. I'm going to a conference in Naples and decided to add a few days on the front of this trip to visit Rome and a couple around the conference having done little of Italy before. I'll be flying in and out of Rome and travelling south to Naples by train.
