If you want to organise a group meeting please got to EVENTS and click 'Add an event'. From 'Event type' please select the one that is appropriate for your group meeting. See the examples below:

‘Get together’:- If you just want to get in touch with members and meet people in your area please select 'GET TOGETHER';

‘Charity’ :- If it is a charity event, please select 'Charity',

‘Food and Drink’:- if you want to go out for dinner or wine tasting, please select 'Food and drink'.

This will make it quick and easy to search for different types of events.

EVENTS is the place where members will go to find meetings and plan get togethers in thier area. To make it interesting please give as much information as you can, pictures are great. This is simpler than it sounds!

We migrated the Forum as you see it now, from the old TandL site. We have allowed time for our members to familiarize themselves with the new site before starting to close the topics/ discussions that are not longer active. Grouping discussions into Events, Trip Ideas and Forum, will meet the requests of so many members who wanted things organsised so that they could find them quicker. The new Forum structure featuring new, fun discussions and competions will be added shortly.

The inactive topics below will be soon READ-ONLY. Please start your group meeting in EVENTS. Thank you.

In addition to being easier to find things, the new Events section will let you add pictures; search events by Location and Type; it enables you to see who has joined the Event and to invite like minded people to come along.
