Hi girls, I will be in Brussels 7-8 October, accompanying my partner to a conference. It would be great to meet you. Let's get together! Drinks or dinner on the 7th, coffee, a walk through the city or Magritte's museum on the 8th? What are your plans?
If anybody else would like to join us, please do. I am sure we can find some hotels and with the train from London in 2 hours you are in Brussels. I can already see us all together having drinks and chatting, having fun.

Hi Susan, I arrive in Brussels at 5:30pm with the Eurostar and probably at 6-6:30 at my hotel on Avenue Louise. Is that a nice area? Do you know a place where we can meet? 7:30? Or coffee on Friday morning? What would you prefer? 8th in the morning sounds a bit better for me. Tell me a place and I'll meet you there. I am very good of reading maps.

Hi Ann, Avenue Louise is a nice long boulevard, with delightful woods at one end and the most expensive shopping area at the other end! I would suggest we meet in the Grand Sablon, about 15 minutes walk from the top end (shopping bit) but also on the tram route (94). The coffee/cake place on the Grand Sablon Square is called "Le Pain Quotidien", visible on the left hand side of the square. I can meet you in there say at 10. Will wear a green flower somewhere so you'll know me! This is a good place to start exploring the centre of Brussels.

Didn't realise you would not be arriving till the evening of 7th. I am only free Friday morning (till 11.30 ish), possibly evening of 7th, depending on your time of arrival. Let's see what we can arrange, whereabouts is your hotel?
