Anyone want to do the Moonwalk in London May 14th 2011?

...think there are only half marathon places left now (could be a relief!)...i'd like to do it - sounds fun and for a good cause (breast cancer) but no one i know seems keen.....just wondered if anyone else in Surrey, Sussex or London area is thinking of signing up, maybe we could do a few long training walks ? (actually i'm so badly organised at the mo i haven't even checked if it's still possible! but i will)

I'm a newbie on this site. I did the half marathon moonwalk last year and loved it so much I went back this year and did the full marathon- I'm fat and fifty so it's not for just the superfit- there are a mixture of those really going for it and others just walking but above all it's great fun and a fantastic atmosphere and it doesn't matter if you are on your own as everyone is so friendly. if you manage to get a place get onto the website forum- you can then arrange to meet up with people on the night- they have forum meeting point in the tent. I won't be doing it this year as I'm looking for another challenge and have started training for a channel relay swim. But good luck if you decide to do it!
