One of the most beautiful beaches on Antigua, Half Moon Bay’s crescent-shaped strand offers two completely different beach experiences – the rough surf on the Atlantic side and calm, clear waters at the far eastern end.
Snorkeling is a favorite activity along the reef that forms the bay’s breakwater, but there are no watersports operators so visitors need to bring their own equipment. There is a small bar at the entrance with limited food service, and bringing a picnic basket and cooler is recommended.
