Spa Breaks

I'm 47 years old and live in Blackpool, UK. I'm warm, friendly, intelligent and have a great sense of humour despite having 2 'grown up' children who I am still semi-supporting! I run my own business which dominates much of my time. I want to travel to Thailand, Malaysia and Borneo, perhaps in February 2014, and am looking to meet a like-minded travel companion / friend who would also like to travel to the east early next year. I am easy to chat to and share experiences with, and I also like my own company and space.
I love good food, cocktails, relaxation and laughter. Add a spa, a massage followed by lots of sunshine, beautiful scenery, stunning sunsets and I'm in heaven! I love to immerse myself in new cultures.
I am happily single and most of my friends are in relationships so unable to join me for a long haul getaway and Thailand is on my 'to do' list!

Having been widowed now for over 14 months, I find myself ready to face the world and on the brink of a new life and honestly I don't know where to start. I am still searching for who I am without my husband; although I know I can fun, witty and up for new adventures. I was born in Cambridge where I still have family, but moved to Kent when I was 28 and now live near the coast. I love the sea and the countryside in equal measure. I would love to find a way to make news friends and new beginnings. Many of the friends I have are married with children and not able to travel or have weekends away - I still have a lot of life to live and I'd like to share it with some new friends.

Hiya I'm 56 year old single woman still in full time employment who likes traveling could be for a day trip to an overnight stay to 3 weeks I'm easy just love exploring . I'm a day time person out and about but night times I'm happy in hotel / hostel reading or knitting I'm not a party animal

After finishing my undergrad at university I went straight to postgrad school; I'd barely just handed in my dissertation that I started working in the film industry straight away. Now it's been 2 years and not only do I have itchy feet, but I feel I deserve some time off. Call it a gap year, a career break, a need to find myself, who knows! But I want to travel and this is exactly what I'm going to do comes July 1st! I'm 23 years old and I feel now's the time to do it, I just feel it!
My plan is to head to East Canada first, then all the way down the US East coast. Among the places I want to go to after that are New Orleans, New Mexico, Arizona, Seattle, British Columbia and down the West coast. I will then fly to New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong.
I'm only in the early phases of planning but any tip would be greatly appreciated and if I can meet as many people as possible along the way it'd be amazing, starting now!

I spent my 20's-30's raising my two daughters as a single mother. Now that they are grown (22 & 20) and doing their own thing, I can't wait to get out and see the world outside of the four office walls at work. Although I have traveled a little to locations nearby my home state Arizona (quick child friendly trips to Disneyland, California, Mexico), I desire to take trips that I have dreamed of. I long to experience and learn about various cultures around the world. I am a fairly easy going, warm and caring person and love to meet new people, enjoy new experiences, and have fun wherever I am. Most of my travel plans very between long weekend getaways to 12 day vacations. First on my "travel bucket list" is to visit Ireland. I am open to any time between June and mid September.....just needing someone to go with me!

I am in my mid fifties and would like to make friends with other women to travel abroad. I am hoping to travel at least once a year for about 7 days. I enjoy active holidays, sightseeing, meeting the local and enjoying the surroundings.
